Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. Average shipping times are:
- 3-5 business days within Canada
- 5-7 business days within the U.S.A.
- 7-10 business days outside of Canada/U.S.A., excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as your order ships. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days, please email us at shopviexo@gmail.com.

Duration and Request Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing a window of 7 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to request a return. This time frame gives you ample opportunity to inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn, unused, and accompanied by its original packaging.

Final Sale Items
Items acquired during flash sales are deemed final sale. These items are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange and are accepted in their as-is condition.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, refunds are processed promptly within 5 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days, please contact us via email for assistance.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I change my address after I placed an order?
Yes, absolutely as long as your order has not shipped. If the item has already shipped, please follow our return policy.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
